Because modular units are lighter than traditional concrete structures, they can be installed on screw piles, strip foundations, or concrete slabs within 1–2 days.
Absolutely. We offer standard turnkey layouts (60 m², 90 m², 120 m²) as well as custom interior finishes, window configurations, and smart home integration options.
We provide a 10-year structural warranty on the steel frame and a 2-year warranty on all engineering systems and finishes. The estimated structural lifespan exceeds 50 years.
